Use the Family Name Changes screen to change pack allocations, providing a method for making bulk pack name changes. This screen is displayed if you enter Y in the Pack Changes By Family property on the Pack/Population Options screen.

Enter a valid pack name beside any of the pack allocations that you want to change. The current pack names are the Database Packs originally defined in your source DMS file.

When you transmit, the SMU modifies the DASDL for your application. The DASDL is then recompiled.
