SQL DB Not Supported

Agile Business Suite Runtime for ClearPath MCP Operating System does not support MCP SQL DB.

MIGRATEDB feature

The MIGRATEDB feature is not supported by MCP Runtime transfer for the Compile Free Configure option or for RDB.

Staged Database Reorganization

The Staged Database Reorganization feature is not supported by MCP Runtime transfer for the Compile Free Configure option or for RDB.

If you use the Compile Free Configure option for your Runtime Transfers and it is necessary to do a staged reorganization of the database, you must install the necessary compilers on the production host to support a standard runtime transfer, allow the staged reorganization to be done then remove the compilers from the production host.

If you have a RDB system and it is necessary to do a staged reorganization, you must cancel the Remote Auditing Capability on the primary system, remove the RDB control file, and remove the secondary database and system before conducting a standard runtime transfer to the primary system for the stage reorganization. Afterwards, clone the secondary database and transfer the secondary system.
