Glb.Today is a read-only built-in segment attribute that is set to the date the referencing ispec transaction was initiated, or the date the referencing report was started (or restarted after a Sleep logic statement).

It is in the form of an string date, the specific format of which depends on that set on the Primary Specification Options screen (UK, US, or IN). The day can be accessed as Glb.Todays_Day, the month as Glb.Todays_Month, and the year as Glb.Todays_Year.
