Glb.Time is a read-only built-in segment attribute that is set to the system time. It is in the format HHMMSSTT, where HH represents the hour, MM the minute, SS the second, and TT the hundredth second.

Glb.Time is set at the beginning of the referencing ispec or report. It is not changed during each ispec transaction, and in a report, it is only updated when Sleep or CriticalPoint logic statements are executed.
