In the ClassifierMap Designer, you can use the auto align option to align the source and target classifiers in one step. This saves the effort of aligning the classifiers manually and helps you keep the ClassifierMap Designer clutter free. When you use the auto align option, the classifiers will be aligned in the following ways:
For the classifiers that are mapped, the source classifiers are aligned to the left and the target classifiers are aligned to the right.
The isolated classifiers are moved below the classifiers that are mapped.
Classifiers of the same data store type and schema are grouped together in ascending order.
If there are only isolated classifiers present, then the classifiers having the same data store and schema that are present on the leftmost side of the ClassifierMap Designer are considered to be the source classifiers.
To align the classifiers,
Click the ClassifierMap Designer in the Transformation Designer Pane.
Click the Align Classifier icon (
).
