Data Exchange Runtime Service

The Runtime Service processes the data that is retrieved from a transformation source and loads it onto a transformation target. Based on the selected transformation source, the Runtime Service performs the following functions:

Enterprise Database Server for ClearPath MCP (Enterprise Database Server)	Communicates with Application Integration Services (AIS) to process the retrieved data. Enterprise Relational Database Server for ClearPath OS 2200 (RDMS)	Communicates with the Data Exchange OS 2200 Agent to process the retrieved data.	Communicates with the Data Exchange OS 2200 Agent to process the retrieved data. Maintains information about audits and transformation targets to recover from errors and system failures.
SQL Server	Reads the data directly from the source SQL Server database.	Communicates with the Data Exchange Agent for SQL Server to obtain information about the changed data. Maintains information about audits and transformation targets to recover from errors and system failures.
