Changed Data Transformation Errors

The Data Exchange Administration Site is used to monitor the status of the transformations being performed.

  1. In the Summary tab, check if Data Exchange is still running. If not, check the Events tab for messages that provide the reason.

  2. Depending on the messages in the Events tab, you could decide to start CDT again.

  3. Check the Statistics page to see if transactions are being processed.

  4. Check the status in the Transformation Targets tab.

  5. Check if the Windows services “Unisys Data Exchange Administrative Service” and “Unisys Data Exchange Runtime Service” are still running in the Windows partition where Data Exchange Windows components are installed. To restart Data Exchange, stop and start these services.

  6. Check DataExchangeRuntimeAdministrativeServiceLog and DataExchangeRuntimeServiceLog for error messages.

  7. Turn on the DEBUG option for Runtime Service log and Administrative Service log and restart the services to get more information.
