Changing Presentation Generation Options

Note: This topic does not apply to Scaffolded presentation projects, including MVC Web, Web API, and WCF Service using Scaffolding.

 Caution

Any look-and-feel changes that are not captured in the ClearPath ePortal data source files are lost when pages are rebuilt.

Use the following procedure for Web projects.

  1. In Solution Explorer, right-click the ClearPath ePortal data source project, and click Presentation Generation Options....

  2. Select the presentation project.

  3. Click Modify.

  4. Make necessary changes. Refer to Presentation Generation Properties

  5. Click OK.

  6. If your presentation is not a Web service presentation type project, regenerate the .aspx files of the presentation project. Refer to Delete Presentation Files and Generate Presentation Files.

  7. Right-click the presentation project, and then click Build. Refer to Building Your ePortal Solution for more information.
