Situations arise that cause the Open DTP application on the OS 2200 server to change and a corresponding change to the ePortal server messages is required.
If you used the OS 2200 Open DTP View Data Source Wizard to create your ePortal server message, and the corresponding View definition changed, use the following procedure for each server message that must be changed:
Delete the existing ePortal server message. Refer to Deleting Server Messages.
Run the OS 2200 Open DTP View Data Source Wizard again to recapture the updated View message.
If you have already generated a Web Forms or Web Forms Mobile presentation, you must either reconcile the changes with your presentation, or regenerate the presentation files.

If you used the OS 2200 Open DTP X OCTET Data Source Wizard to create your ePortal server message, and the corresponding 01 COBOL record changed, use the following procedure for each server message that must be changed:
Open the existing ePortal Data Source project.
On the Project menu, click Import COBOL Records….
The OS 2200 Open DTP COBOL Data Source Wizard appears.
