This message is returned as a runtimeError object to a Web service that has called a method with this particular session without first establishing a connection to the server application.

Such a condition can happen when the Web service maintains state and the sessionID is not preserved between each call by the client. In such a case, each call to the ePortal Web service establishes a new session. As a result, the call is initiated without a connection to the server being made first.
