After a presentation project is changed, you must restage the project. If the presentation project is a .NET core project, you must republish the project to a Web Deploy Package, and then restage the project. When a presentation project is restaged, it can replace the previous version by staging with the same version number or the previous version can be preserved by using multiple version staging.
