You can change the default users’ passwords on the Fabric Management Platform.
To change a password
Using the Remote Desktop or an SSH client such as PuTTY, log on to the FMP Desktop and open a new terminal session as the user whose password is to be changed.

Type passwd.
The prompt appears.
Type the new password.
Retype the new password.
Note: It is recommended that the password contain at least one uppercase and one lower case character, one number and one special character as per the following list:
Characters: Lowercase “a” to “z” and uppercase “A” to “Z”.
Numbers: 0 to 9
Symbols: .! @ $ * = - ?
The password is changed successfully.
