Symptoms

You have initiated the commissioning of a partition image, but the partition image appears to get stuck in starting state. You are unable to stop or decommission the partition image and this results in a partially commissioned partition image that is unusable.

Solution

Contact the Unisys Support Center for assistance in resolving the problem. To assist Unisys in resolving this issue, create a User Communication Form (UCF) against the ClearPath Forward product, and include the following materials as part of the UCF submission:
