The Runtime Administration Tool is a snap-in to the Microsoft Management Console. It enables you to configure and manage the runtime environment and deployed Agile Business Suite applications.
You can also manage your applications through a client interface or directly through COM+ using administration commands.

The Administration Tool has two panes:
Scope Pane
The left pane contains the navigation tree, which displays all servers, databases, and Agile Business Suite applications to which the Administration tool is connected. Administration functions are invoked from the scope pane.
Result Pane
The right pane displays the contents of the selected navigation tree node.
The use of many of the administration functions are restricted to users with the required security privileges. Security for administration functions is controlled using the COM+ roles. Those functions that require COM+ roles to be assigned are listed in the Security topic.
