You can create a new managed object by either

Copying an existing managed object and updating its properties.
To add a new managed object using the wizard
In the Administration mode, expand the Managed Objects node to display the available object classes.
In the navigation pane, select the ePortal class.
Click New Object on the File menu.
A wizard appears and leads you through the process of configuring the properties of the managed object.
When the wizard is complete, enter or modify properties in the details pane that did not appear in the wizard. See ePortal System Properties for detailed information on configuring the properties of the managed object.
Note: The wizard does not automatically set the value of the Tag property. You must manually set this property to “ePortalProcessor”.
If applicable, modify any of the security settings for this object. See Specifying Permissions for an Object for more information.
Save the managed object so that it becomes available to all users.
To copy an existing managed object
To create a new managed object, you can also copy and modify the properties of an existing managed object. Using an existing managed object to create a new one could save you time by eliminating the need to reenter similar data twice.
