Each alert identifier identifies or names an alert condition.

Any alert identifiers your data center creates should not begin with an underscore. Alert identifiers that begin with an underscore are reserved by Unisys to indicate conditions detected by Operations Sentinel.

For most alert identifiers listed in this Help document, Operations Sentinel supplies a help file that further describes the alert, and might give instructions for resolving the underlying condition. See Editing the Alert Help for more information on customizing the text in these help files.
