Installation Sequence

The following table lists the order in which the prerequisite software and the Data Exchange components must be installed and configured.

MCP HostAdd DATAEXCHANGE setting in the Audit Trail Specification of the DASDL or in the Database DEFAULTS or at the data set level and compile the DASDL.

Compile DASDL.

If you change the setting level after loading the schema in the DDW, you must do a DM Control Update on the MCP host and reload the schema.
