This feature provides a graphical interface for saving and restoring the configuration. This feature allows you to import and export the Operations Sentinel configuration in an XML format.

The Export function enables users to create an XML file from the Operations Sentinel configuration. The Import function enables users to update or add to an existing Operations Sentinel configuration using the exported content.

You can import configuration entities from an external set of Operations Sentinel Configuration files (XML-formatted files of type .xml), or export configuration entities into XML files. This feature is available in the Administration Mode of the Operations Sentinel Console and will not be available when Operations Sentinel Server Services are not running.
