You can customize the Alerts window to ensure you are presented with the information you need as soon as an alert occurs.
Typical ways to customize the alerts window include
Selecting and reordering columns in the alerts pane so only the information you need is presented in a logical order.
Sorting alerts to arrange them in ascending or descending order of selected attributes.
Displaying the alert severity counts to see the number of alerts for each severity.
Showing or hiding the Other Alerts icon to only view alerts that apply to your tasks.
Resizing and moving the summary pane and hiding the alerts and alert details pane. This enables you to clearly see when new alerts arise, but still continue to work on other tasks since the summary pane can be sized to take up only a small piece of screen real estate.
Setting the Alerts window to always stay on top of other applications you open. This ensures that the Alerts window does not get lost behind other application windows you have open.
Customizing the font type, style, and size as per your preferences.
Any settings you make are retained if you close the Alerts window or exit Operations Sentinel Console.
