Use the PAGE option to prevent MAKEUSER output from exceeding the page length of the terminal and overwriting previous input. If the PAGE option is TRUE, MAKEUSER pauses after “page length – 1” lines of output have been written.

If you transmit STOP, output is terminated. If you transmit MUTE and the output is related to a COPY or ACCESS command, or input is being read from a disk file (as a result of a $INPUT command), the command continues. The output, however, is suppressed until a new command is entered. Any other input resumes output.

You can assign a value to the PAGE option only during an interactive MAKEUSER session.
