Reports the warnings that have been accumulated by a file. The report includes the text of the warnings.

NOREPORTS requests should include the WARNINGS modifier if the resulting database is to be used as input to an ATTRIBUTES or CODEFILEINFO request with the WARNINGS modifier specified. Refer to the File Attributes Programming Reference Manual for a description of the WARNINGS file attribute.
