The USERCOMMAND command specifies a memory address and other user instructions that select the dump file information to be analyzed. The USERCOMMAND command invokes the USERCOMMAND entry point of the current user library.

This string contains user-supplied instructions and any user-supplied data that the entry point needs for carrying out the instructions.
<simple address>
This number provides a user-supplied memory address or a user-supplied number to the entry point. How this address number is used is entry-point dependent.
