Report File Destination

By default, if the utility is run without any file attributes, the report is saved on the family designated as the DPFILES DL family. Refer to the System Commands Operations Reference Manual for information about the DL command. If the DPFILES DL family is not set, then the report is saved to the Halt/Load Unit (HLUNIT). The default file name of the report is formatted as follows: 

*INVENTORY/<HOSTNAME>/"YYYY-MM-DD_HHMMSS.XML"

When you run the utility with the DPFILES DL family not set, the following message is displayed: 

DPFILES not set. Using halt/load unit
