The USERLIB command sets the title, or inquires on the title, of the user library. The USERLIB command invokes the LIBDATA entry point.

Explanation
The following text describes the meaning of each construct.
USERLIB
The USERLIB command by itself returns the title of the current user library.
USERLIB "<user library title>"
This construct causes DUMPANALYZER to delink from the current user library and attempt to link to the library identified by the <user library title> string.
